Project Details

  • Milestone Ventures developed Main Street Cottages in 2015 as a second phase Stellar Community initiative. We used an innovative modular construction approach to build affordable multi-family housing.
  • Modular construction uses the same quality materials and is designed to the same codes and standards as site-built structures, but 70% to 80% of the structure is built and inspected in an indoor, off-site facility.
  • There are 20 affordable apartments – 5 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom units.
  • Residents are senior citizens age 62 and older with incomes below 60% of the Gibson County Area Median Income.
  • The site is located in Princeton, just south of our Prince Street Cottages development that opened in 2014.
